You’d think as a loyal Accor client who books directly with the hotel (saving them 25% commission) I’d get a tiny teeny benefit? No. Not at all. No room upgrade. Had to wait for the room to be ready (admittedly I arrived 2 hours before 15:00. No free breakfast,. No free parking (€25 per day). The pre paid rate is not cheap either. Breakfast would be an extra €22 per person! Ouch.

This is a really good hotel in many ways. The restaurant is very good, the service was great, my room was clean, well maintained, and nicely appointed, and the location was convenient for exploring the old city centre. My only complaints were an absence of WiFi for about 24h, and I couldn’t seem to control the temperature in my room well. Recommended.

Room is fairly small. Lavatory is way too small. Room ran quite wam and AC had not yet been turned on. Service was excellent, bar was excellent, food was very good! Location was perfect!

love the place...will be back when I have a next opportunity to visit Aix. Great location as well ... Just below Mirabeau. Anything is just a few minutes away on foot.

The room is so comfortable that you might feel like you could live there. The sun shines in brightly, and the windows with stoppers open to let in a nice breeze. It's close to the Four Dolphins Fountain, the owner of the nearby supermarket is very nice, and the location has a calm atmosphere. For breakfast, I definitely recommend cafe crème over cappuccino.
