I never tire of this excellent brass lamb cooked sous vide. Melting in the mouth, it is always a hit when we serve it to our guests.

Very friendly seller and very good products. Small downside on high prices but you have to pay for quality.

Lamb always delicious. Rosette or shoulder already cooked sous vide, very easy to reheat when you have last minute guests, and a treat!

The lamb & its accompaniment, the cheese, the dessert, the excellent wine and the warm service: TIP TOP! We will return there for sure!

Very first time in this restaurant this Tuesday lunchtime, discovered via the TheFork application (they take Yums and TheFork Pay). I invited a professional acquaintance there for the occasion, we were delighted! The dishes are delicious, the wine by the glass that was recommended to us was excellent (see bottle in photo), the homemade desserts, I will come back, without any hesitation!
