Staying at the hotel next to the restaurant and feeling tired, we decided to eat there upon arrival. The meal was hearty and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the staff were attentive and very welcoming. We would definitely return if needed.

The Smoking Dog Pub

20/06/2026: Very welcoming, with books and good beer. It's a classic pub. Recommended at night as it has a great atmosphere.
07/06/2026: My favorite bar in Lyon!! Honestly, the moment you walk through the door, you're transported to a pub across the Channel! The waitresses are super friendly, the beers are great, the atmosphere is family-oriented, and it gets incredibly lively on match days. Best place ever.
