A pleasant surprise at the Courtepaille Olivet, which had seen a decline in quality some time ago following the closure of several Courtepaille restaurants nationwide. It's back in full force, and the quality has greatly improved, thankfully, because we had decided not to return.

It was really nice. The food was good quality and there wasn't much of a wait at all. Plus, it was my birthday and I hadn't even asked for anything, but a friend mentioned it in passing. The servers added an ice cream cone to my dessert with a candle, and we started singing "Happy Birthday." The whole restaurant joined in. It was a little awkward but also very funny. A great little anecdote. And I even got a stuffed animal!

Everything was perfect and the waiter was very friendly. The service was a little slow, but they were clearly understaffed. The decor was very nice.

12/07/2026: One of the best places to eat lunch in the Orléans area. Excellent value for money, and starters, main courses, and desserts that change daily. Be sure to book ahead if you want to guarantee a table, especially on the terrace.
