Le Pavillon Bleu sur Olivet

A very warm welcome, an exceptional location on the banks of the Loiret, and a set menu for €36 that was truly excellent. Nothing but positive things to say. The scallop carpaccio with citrus sauce and grilled sweetbreads were divine! Bravo Chef!

We had a lovely evening; everything was perfect. The setting was beautiful, right on the banks of the Loiret, and the food was delicious. We even finished our dinner with a magnificent cheese platter. I highly recommend it!

We spent two days at this hotel. The reception was quite different from a "normal" hotel. The welcome wasn't warm, and there was no reception desk. There was just a small office in a corner. The room was very outdated. All the pipes were exposed (they made noise all night long), and there was nothing modern about the room. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. Room 3 was unbearable when the temperature rose. The rooms aren't soundproofed, and the doors need replacing. They're very noisy. We had dinner, and the meal was delicious and excellent. Worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Breakfast was good, but nothing special. The service was very French. A small tray with a small, mass-produced cake and some very poor-quality honey on the table was a bit shocking. (€24 for breakfast per person) There's a big contrast between the meals at the restaurant and the hotel's overall standard.

I wasn't at the hotel, but at the restaurant. The Easter Sunday menu was sublime: exquisite taste and flavors, perfect presentation. The setting overlooking the Loiret River is magnificent... it wasn't our first visit, but the chef outdid himself this time!

Family meal The €55 set menu wasn't worth it. The mashed potatoes were served cold. The dish was good, but it needed more sauce to make it less dry. The skate wing with clams contained pieces of shell... The service was impeccable, but unfortunately, it couldn't make up for the tasty but unfinished food. Disappointed

There were seven of us for lunch today, and overall, the experience was excellent. The service was very professional and attentive, with a good pace throughout the meal. The presentation of the dishes was elegant, and the calm and pleasant setting is perfect for an occasion like a birthday. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food, both in terms of quality and portion sizes. Special mention goes to the fine selection of cheeses and the particularly generous foie gras. The only slight drawback was that one guest found their meat a little too salty, but this didn't detract from the overall experience. A very good restaurant that I highly recommend.
