I usually order from Hatori very often. I wanted to try picking up my order myself to reduce the wait time (compared to delivery). I called an hour before going to the restaurant and it still took another 20 minutes to wait... Too bad :/

I love it, although sometimes there's a very long wait for takeout, but it guarantees you won't get pre-prepared meals.

Mixed fish chirashi, excellent and generous portions. Very friendly staff and the half-bottle of Brouilly was also very good, which is rare in Asian restaurants. So, well done!

06/04/2026: The experience is seriously marred by all the extra charges. Almost every dish has an additional charge that significantly increases the final price of the menu. So be careful.
12/03/2026: We were a little disappointed with our experience. The food was generally good, but the wait was incredibly long, which detracted from the overall experience. Given the price and the wait time, we expected a higher level of quality. The ingredients didn't seem particularly fresh, and the dishes lacked a bit of flavor. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but the overall experience doesn't quite live up to the prices.

27/03/2026: A truly memorable moment. We sampled half a dozen dishes, each wonderful; but the sweetbreads—a truly beautiful piece—were perfect, lightly dusted with flour for a very subtle crust, and served with a brilliant condiment: a purée of green chili and yuzu. What mastery! Bravo.
23/02/2026: Wonderful! This small establishment transports you to Japan with its layout and cuisine. The flavors are delicate, and watching the chef at work adds to the pleasure!
