Kerelshof sur Cassel

Lovely to stumble across this gem during a quick lunch stop in Cassel. The Carbonnade was particularly fantastic, and we enjoyed the cosy decor inside. Would recommend!

I go there regularly because it's one of my favorite pubs. Good value for money and no frills...the setting is very traditional, the staff are friendly and down-to-earth, and there's a pleasant terrace.

A lovely pub with a beautiful setting, both inside and out, and very attractive interior decor. There aren't as many traditional Flemish games available inside as in other pubs. The carbonnade was a bit of a disappointment; it lacked sweetness and was rather bland. The Welsh rarebit, however, was very good. They have a great beer selection! The service was a little cold and the food was a bit slow to arrive.

Great atmosphere with lots of regulars. It's warm and welcoming, just like a traditional pub should be.

Accompanied by close friends, a delightful discovery of a traditional pub on the Cassel town square. Typical menu, good beers, and reasonable prices.
