A lovely pub with a beautiful setting, both inside and out, and very attractive interior decor. There aren't as many traditional Flemish games available inside as in other pubs. The carbonnade was a bit of a disappointment; it lacked sweetness and was rather bland. The Welsh rarebit, however, was very good. They have a great beer selection! The service was a little cold and the food was a bit slow to arrive.

Great atmosphere with lots of regulars. It's warm and welcoming, just like a traditional pub should be.

As for the food, it's a festival of Flemish specialties prepared with passion and expertise. Each dish is hearty, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The ingredients are fresh, the cooking impeccable, and the recipes respect tradition while adding a touch of refinement. Special mention goes to the slow-cooked dishes, rich in flavor and character! The service is simply impeccable: smiling, attentive, efficient, and genuinely warm. You can feel their passion for their craft and their genuine desire to please. In short, an authentic, generous, and incredibly delicious place. Whether for a family meal, a get-together with friends, or to introduce someone to Flemish cuisine, it's a must-visit. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. A truly authentic place! Even the toilets are just like at my grandparents' house, outside... very reasonable prices! Don't miss it under any circumstances when you're parked in this beautiful square.
