We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The food was delicious and the ingredients were high quality. The duck was cooked to perfection. The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

The experience was perfect, definitely worth repeating. The place is charming, the food spectacular, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were especially grateful that the owner made the experience so easy thanks to her perfect Spanish.

Delphine's personalized service from the moment we made the reservation by phone in Spanish. She's been here for three months now, and we'll be seeing her for many more. The menu seemed quite limited; I really struggled to choose a dish. Plus, the foie gras appetizer was already sold out! The quality of the other dishes was good. The pear dessert was excellent; not too sweet, just perfect!

As I am allergic to seafood, the team was extremely attentive and professional: they gave me excellent advice and took great care of every detail to ensure I felt safe and completely at ease. My partner was able to enjoy the seafood and was delighted. The duck breast, recommended by the restaurant, was exceptional: flavor, texture, and presentation worthy of a fine dining establishment. And the desserts… wordsless, a true delight. It was my first visit to this restaurant, but certainly not the last. Both the set menus and the à la carte options are excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients and delicately prepared cuisine.
