Really interesting food. Exquisitely presented. Traditional local dishes like Garbure alongside more exotic fare like ceviche of Dorade. Really interesting wines from the region. Lovely staff. Lovely dog. Priced very appropriately

Favorite in passing... Totally won over by the welcome and the dinner. We recommend this establishment with its unusual decor without moderation. Top notch food and service. Any trip to Pau requires stopping there for a tasting break. Sylviane, Elizabeth and Annick

We ate very well. Hearty garnish, just enough chicken in the pot and an excellent all-chocolate dessert. As for the duck breast, cooked to perfection, original with its raspberry sauce, the mousseline was slightly too salty. The Armagnac apple pie is a treat. As for the staff, very pleasant and smiling, we had a great time. The price remains fair for quality cuisine. We will return.

Comment ne pas manger du confit de canard quand nous dommes à Pau...malheureusement, nos deux cuisses étaient trop sèches et manifestement trop cuites...le croustillant au basilic en entrée était top mais ne suffit pas..

Restaurant found by chance and not disappointed! We found this establishment while strolling the streets of Pau and we were pleasantly surprised. A pleasant welcome, a nice setting in a quiet street and above all excellent food at a reasonable price. A little extra for the lunch packages which are offered allowing small savings. We highly recommend!

The place is charming, welcoming staff. The dishes we ordered were good, the side dish was light for those with a sweet tooth (the hamburger did not have any) The desserts were also good
