It's always very good and the place is still as pleasant. The staff are always friendly and smiling. However, we had to repeatedly remind the server(s) about our drinks. The only downside.

We had a wonderful time at L’Europe. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they even made the effort to speak Spanish to help us understand the menu and choose our dishes. We really appreciated this thoughtful touch. The service was quick, with no long wait, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The menu is varied, including dishes suitable for children, which is a real plus for families. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality and service. A very good experience. We highly recommend it!

I'm delighted to be back with the "Palais" team at this flagship location, L'Europe, next to Place Clémenceau, where the atmosphere and setting are excellent. Like other reviewers here, I've sometimes experienced ⭐ service (a 15-20 minute wait, a slightly cold tone), but more often ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service (smiles, speed, helpfulness, clarity). It all depends on the day; there are bound to be ups and downs, and it's impossible to be perfectly smiling and responsive at all times. I suggest that if a customer is polite and asks after 15 minutes if they can order, the servers should respond with the same courtesy. If the customer is offended, annoyed, or demanding, then well... a little patience and respect for the service team would be best.
