A bit cramped, but what a treat this little restaurant is, serving only fondues and hot stone grills! It has a bistro atmosphere; you can easily chat with your neighbor, and you leave more than satisfied because the portions are so generous! The meat is excellent, and the vegetables served with it are equally delicious.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We enjoyed a beef fondue and a cheese fondue, accompanied by a bottle of wine and delicious desserts. All for only €40 per person. A small issue arose, but it was quickly resolved with great kindness and courtesy. Thank you again for this meal!

My first time in Orléans, and if I had to recommend a restaurant, it would be this one. Between the cozy atmosphere, the delicious royal fondue, the amazing potatoes, and the perfectly dressed salad, it was perfect.
The owner is kind and friendly, with a sense of service that's lacking in many places, and an inspiring dedication for anyone who loves this profession. We will be back with great pleasure and anticipation. Thank you!

One of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Orléans.
We go there regularly.
It's a pleasant setting. Always very friendly.
The food is of extremely high quality.
We've been going there for several years. Always delighted.
We always start the year at this restaurant. "Heureux comme Alexandre" (Happy as Alexandre) is a great way to start the year.

It's always a pleasure to spend a lovely evening in this small restaurant with its warm welcome. The Savoyard fondue is fantastic. Yesterday, we had a last-minute dinner when we needed to book everywhere else. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.

Although everything about this restaurant was perfect, we feel like we, as tourists, were severely disadvantaged by the price. On New Year's Eve, they only offered three food options: a three-course menu with a house cocktail for €79.95 per person. As Dutch people, we found this logical and the price reasonable for that evening.
It later turned out that some locals were only charged €46 per person. I could hear this, as I was sitting in the corner next to the cash register/bar. The feeling that we, as tourists, were disadvantaged remains a bitter aftertaste. That's a shame, because the food and service were truly excellent.
