Every five years, without much planning, for one reason or another, I end up going to Toulouse and specifically to this sushi place. And I am not exaggerating at all when I tell you that it is worth it and a lot. We really like sushi and have tried many Japanese restaurants all over the Catalan and Occitania countries, but this is by far the best. (They just need to add gluten-free soy sauce to the menu and it would be perfect).

The quality is always there. We love raw fish and skewers. The boss is very welcoming and always tries to find a solution. Just yesterday at noon, he managed to find us a table. Very good address. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Nice surprise in this Japanese restaurant which differs from the usual canteen with its menu while remaining very affordable. I will go back and try other dishes.

Bon tout simplement. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y revenons avec plaisir. Les menus sont variés et abordables.

C'est pas tout à fait le Japon, les produits ne sont pas au top et les préparations un peu bâclées ce qui finit par gâcher le plaisir. Ce n'est pas ici que vous appréhenderez la vrai cuisine japonaise. Dommage.

25/08/2024: We loved this family evening at Katana. Cooking right before your eyes, the meal was very good, special mention for the duck, very tender and tender👍 Salmon is also a treat😉 A very warm welcome, I really recommend it. Enjoy your meal everyone.
