The yakitori menu was excellent, with beef and sushi skewers, plus the sauce was incredible. I'll be back to Sushi Avenue de Muret.

Absolutely fantastic! A wonderful discovery! It was simply delicious 👌 The ramen with wontons, the optional chili sauce, and the crispy chicken were superb. I highly recommend this very cozy restaurant, and a huge thank you to the waitress who was absolutely lovely with her beautiful smile.

Katana

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.
22/02/2026: We came on a Saturday evening and found excellent food, a smiling and pleasant couple. We had a lovely time; thank you to them for their hospitality.

Toulouse Sushi

16/08/2026: The classic Pink maki had almost no salmon. The yakitori were extremely small, with hardly any on the skewers.
15/08/2026: It was really good, but I ordered an avocado extra for €2 in my chirashi and it came out completely raw and impossible to eat because it was way too hard… a real shame. The mochi were also crunchy and brittle, not soft and chewy… so I was very disappointed because otherwise it was very good.
