The best chocolatier in France! Everything is divine...from savory to sweet! Bravo! We no longer live in the Jura region, but it remains our gourmet stop whenever we can...bravo!

What more can I say than delicious? Hirsinger's pastries and chocolates are simply divine, and the service is always friendly and helpful. The ingredients are fresh and local; it's one of the few chocolate shops that makes everything in-house. I would recommend that everyone passing through Arbois pay them a visit!

For me, the best chocolatier in France 🤤😋 Magical flavor combinations, excellent almond spreads, seasonal chocolates, exceptional pralines!!! Incredible candied chestnuts in November and December! Ice cream in the summer! Hard nougat and the K2! Everything is beautiful and delicious, don't change a thing!

Disappointed by the welcome on two occasions, which was a bit cold, and by some of the pastries which I found small for the price. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the Baroness's delight.

25/06/2025: An excellent fondue from another world Top-notch service
13/06/2025: A wonderful, small and modest restaurant with excellent food. The cheese salad was a huge hit, the fish dish with wine sauce was exquisite and delicious, and the best was the veal dish with mushrooms and foie gras. We are leaving today and it is a shame. I would go back again
