Very precise, fluid and harmonious service led by very smiling young women with Philippe "MOF as conductor"
We stayed at the hotel which is super quiet, and tastefully decorated.
A top stay. I recommend 300%.

04/04/2024: A disappointing discovery!
We are from Jura and we wanted to eat Jura dishes. We were with family, one Saturday lunchtime after our reservation, to discover this restaurant in Arbois. Disappointment: cold welcome, no high chair for baby (we had never seen that!) Cold and noisy atmosphere. The absence of a smile and welcome was throughout the meal except when leaving to pay! Meal of average quality for the price (eg: rump steak not tender therefore very difficult to cut). No meat knife. Disappointing so we won't go back.
01/04/2024: It was a big disappointment. We were 5 adults and two children aged 1 and 3, there wasn't even a high chair or changing table in the toilets.
The service was extremely unpleasant, we almost felt like we were in the way. The youngest waitress was the nicest, however the other older waitress with short hair and glasses made us feel uncomfortable. The room was full, she probably had a lot of work, which we can understand, but the least we can do is remain polite and welcoming to customers. We didn't get a smile, only curt and brief answers.
The food was OK, but we will not return and strongly recommend this restaurant.

29/12/2023: Adorable little bakery, nicely decorated and offering high quality products. Unfortunately, at 9:00, there were already no more butter croissants. We had to fall back on normal ones, which were nevertheless delicious.

09/03/2024: Wherever I go, in France or elsewhere, Hirsinger remains THE reference for chocolate for me. World class! Who else can make horseradish and absinthe chocolate that's delicious? Let's hope he finds a worthy buyer when he retires...

01/04/2024: I have been going there for 20 years, I now live in the Paris region and as soon as I come to the region I go there to eat the best kebab
27/12/2023: Decent kebab which hasn't changed for years...the prices are increasing in turquoise but the quantity is decreasing, around ten fries on the platter, the sauce in drops and the meat limited! It’s a shame I came regularly.
