Hirsinger Chocolatier sur Arbois

As always, it was perfect. Today I tried a small cake, still as delicious as ever. Last time, it was ice cream. The welcome was very friendly and the terrace was lovely. Thank you ☺️

Simply wonderful. Sitting comfortably in your seat and trying all the sweets.

I went to get some ice cream yesterday because they're amazing. I have an hour's drive after work, and I go to the waterfall with my dog. After 6:00 PM, it must have been around 6:20 PM, I was waiting in front of the ice cream stand. No one was there, so I moved to the side so a sales assistant would see me. I didn't go into the shop because there was a dog about two meters away, and with my dog, it was best to avoid that. Two boys arrived, and seeing that no one was coming, one of them went into the shop. In front of us, a young woman grabbed what I think were six tubs of ice cream and left with them. As a result, I didn't get the flavors I wanted. It's really unacceptable to do that in front of a customer. Plus, I was served after those two boys. I don't remember if they had time to take the flavors they removed. I find it unbelievable for a shop like this to do that in front of customers without even asking if they wanted those flavors. The shop closes at 7:30 PM and the terrace at 1:00 AM. Before! I wasn't aware, I'm coming back to the ice creams which I really love, the incredible taste, not too sweet I find, original flavor, I'll have to go back to try the others, and before 6:30 pm, I've learned my lesson, a little disappointed by the tiny pistachio apricot cake given the prices, which didn't taste like pistachio, the other cakes are better, luckily they are not very sweet.

An excellent restaurant in Arbois that I recommend without hesitation! We were warmly welcomed by a smiling, competent, and exceptionally helpful team. The service is impeccable, and you immediately feel at ease. We chose the "Light Snack" menu, entirely homemade, which turned out to be both generous and delicious. The small portions also allow you to customize your meal according to your preferences, with excellent local products and a wide selection. As for the pastries, chocolates, and ice cream… everything was simply exceptional. It wasn't just good, it was truly delicious! All this at an excellent price. If we have the opportunity to return to Arbois, we will gladly go back to Hirsinger. A must-visit for food lovers!

Excellent pastries, quite high-end. But the service was particularly slow and not very pleasant. Despite a friendly welcome in the shop. I therefore recommend getting takeout.

Great experience at this pastry shop… Super friendly staff and what can I say about the products sold… Very, very good.

Nothing special! I was disappointed, especially as a pastry lover! I expected more flavor and quality! Plus, it was expensive for such small portions... A shame, because it's a lovely place.

The welcome was excellent, but the shop is best reserved for the chocolates, which are superb. The pastries, however, are mediocre and overpriced.

Delicious ice cream, wonderful pastries, and perfect and super-friendly service.

The ice cream is to die for, a real treat, homemade cones, a pleasure to enjoy your ice cream.
