A wonderful discovery! We hesitated to go in because we were the only customers, but go without hesitation! Impeccable service with affordable local cuisine! We had a delicious meal! A place to remember!

We had a wonderful time; the trout fillet was perfectly cooked and accompanied by a Jura wine. The service was friendly, and we were able to chat with the equally kind chef. I highly recommend it.

So happy to have rediscovered Faramand since its change of ownership. The welcome was fantastic, the menu was great, and the dishes were beautiful and delicious. An address to keep in mind! 👌 We'll definitely be back!

18/12/2025: We went to Restaurant Maison Rosella for my birthday. It was a very good exclusive experience, with only two guest tables, service extremely well-trained attentive My husband ordered the menu, and afterwards he had stomach problems and farted very stinky. At 21:40, the service staff sent us to the salon and then brought us the bill. I was waiting for the service staff to come by so I could order my next drinks, but they didn't come. Now, let's talk about the food. My steak was good, with a taste of the grill and smoke, which I like. But most of the food missing spirit component and caleter is doesn't"wow", or special touch. For it price of it. The drinks were good and the lady who served us that evening was very professional and well trained.
