A pleasant early morning visit to Arbois; we arrived at this restaurant early and were the first ones there. The menu was minimalist, which is a good sign. We chose the set menu. A beautiful, colorful plate, well-cooked meat, and a very nice dessert. Exceptional value for money. Impeccable service. Many other customers arrived after us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you for these salads with their wonderful combinations... guaranteed fresh flavors and ingredients. The gentleman in the kitchen, the lady serving, and the perfect background music. We were told there might be a wait due to high demand, but honestly, we didn't wait that long at all. Highly recommended!

We came for lunch one day with a friend and her children, and we had a wonderful time. We chose the goat cheese salad, which was absolutely delicious: fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The children also thoroughly enjoyed their meals! I didn't even have time to take pictures of their plates because they were so eager to eat. Their chicken was served with potatoes, small yellow and orange carrots arranged attractively in a circle, and a delicious sauce. They finished their meal, which they loved, with Smarties ice cream. A big thank you to the owner for her warm welcome and smile, as well as to the chef who came in person to make sure everything was perfect. They are very professional owners, passionate about their work and dedicated to their customers' well-being. The dishes are homemade with love, using high-quality ingredients from local suppliers, and it shows in every bite. We highly recommend this place and will gladly return.
