This is our second visit to this establishment. The chef's menu is particularly successful, with succulent sea bream fillets. The staff is friendly and professional. A very beautiful place in a magnificent setting, and for us, a successful meal with friends.

Atmosphere I only give 4 stars because we went at the end of the season and there were not many customers in the restaurant but we ate very well I recommend

We were soo hungry ! And that’s probably why I don’t have any pictures of the food . The burgers were so unbelievable good !! The sauce the combo the meat !! Service was very kind ! And it was clean inside . We sat outside. We almost went to the restaurant further down the street but the server there , she seemed a bit too busy .. so rather than be stressed out we went were they were welcoming ! Thank you to the team there !! Hope to be back soon !

Moment passé entre amis. De l’apéritif au dessert tout était parfait. Des plats savoureux et copieux comme il est rare de trouver maintenant. Un accueil chaleureux et un service de qualité. Nous reviendrons et recommandons.

La cuisine est excellente et le service très agréable. Excellents filets de perche. Les salades de fruits sont aussi très bonnes. La vue est splendide.

13/12/2025: A wonderful time at the Hermitage restaurant with my daughters. Attentive and professional service: the waiters thoughtfully noticed and added a small touch to our dessert, which was much appreciated. The sommelier's wine selection was excellent. The setting was elegant and pleasant.
27/11/2025: Special mention for the soup on the children's menu, which is divine! I dream of having the recipe for this soup.

18/01/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A true delight from start to finish! We arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 pm, a party of three, and were immediately greeted with a smile. The menu is varied and showcases beautiful local products—that evening, they even had perch fillets from Lake Geneva! For starters, we ordered the perfect egg, a venison terrine, and the snails with mushrooms: everything was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and in just the right portions. For our main courses, the perch fillets in cream sauce were excellent, completely boneless, with a smooth and flavorful sauce. The wild boar, tender and flavorful, accompanied by perfectly cooked confit vegetables, was equally successful. For dessert, the apple trompe-l'œil brought the meal to a beautiful close—as beautiful as it was delicious! Everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the food. The value for money is very good: around €160 for three people. We hadn't been back for several years, but it's a real pleasure to see that the excellence is still there. No complaints whatsoever, we'll definitely be back! 🍽️👏
