What a pleasant stay! Very pretty room with balcony, magnificent view from the hotel over Mont Blanc. The staff is very friendly and available. The restaurant is good and the waiters are always smiling. The location is great. My son loved the games next door and the proximity of the cable car which takes us to Mont d'Arbois with a breathtaking view of the Macif du Mont Blanc with a children's course. Saint Gervais is 5 minutes away by car, or by cable car (10 minutes on foot is enough to get to the Mont Blanc Tramway station). Chamonix is ​​about half an hour by car. Everything was perfect, apart from the very cold swimming pool but very nice location! My son loved the little touches from the cleaning lady every day by placing his cuddly toys on his made bed. Breakfast is quite complete. Just missing a little hot chocolate

We spent 5 pleasant days at the hotel. The people at reception are attentive and provide useful information on activities and modes of travel. We hope that on our next visit the swimming pool will be open.

We stayed 3 nights - right next to the gondola, comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff. Had a great stay! The sauna was great and the views are amazing. Will definetely come back!

The hotel has a top location, next to a ski lift and at the bottom of the ski slope. With a fabulous view of Mont Blanc. The breakfast is fine. The rooms are slightly dated, but the beds are fine. You can use a sauna in the basement, wonderful after a day of skiing. The restaurant next door is fine, but reasonably priced.

Il y a toujours un avant et un après… Avant c’était avant…. Maintenant il y a Clem qui a reprit cet hôtel ! L’équipe est de qualité, l’hôtel et le petit dej sont parfait. Le restaurant « le spot » est délicieux avec d’excellente pizza. La frénésie du jour et l’exact opposé du calme incroyable du soir quand nous sommes seul, au Bettex, dans cette endroit Superbe face au Mont Blanc. Bravo à la nouvelle équipe !

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc.il est confortable, chaleureux. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et aux services des vacanciers... Les chambres sont un peu vétustes, mais très propres. Cela mériterait un rénovation globale et repartir pour une nouvelle aventure..cela mérite vraiment 5 étoiles..

13/03/2024: The hotel has an incredibly pleasant atmosphere! The hotel was visited earlier, again this year, were delighted by the courtesy, attention and care of the staff! It's a pleasure to come back and recommend the hotel to all friends!😍👍🌺
03/03/2024: Ideal location at the foot of the slopes, modern and spacious rooms. The staff is very pleasant, very friendly and caring. A very nice culinary experience for those who take half board. We will come back even if the prices are high because we have a very pleasant stay each time.

Auberge de Bionnassay

02/11/2023: This is the mountain house on TMB Road. The dormitories of this shelter are on the second floor, which is very special. First of all, the doors on the first and second floors are horizontal. The dormitories are all made of wood, with bunk beds. There are about 20 beds in total. To get to the upper bunk bed, you have to move the stairs yourself, which is full of childlike fun. It's also a bit thrilling. This former barn converted shelter is very special. I was bitten by bed bugs when I slept without my own sleeping bag due to the heat, but I still appreciate this special shelter. The toilets and bathrooms are very small. The first floor is the restaurant, which also has a nostalgic design. I have several rabbits. Dinner was not to my taste, both dishes had millet and tasted a bit horrible, but there are many non-residents who come to eat in this restaurant. I suggest this shelter treat our hikers well and cook delicious dinners. Breakfast is very ordinary, takeaway meals are good.
26/09/2023: I had the opportunity to dine at the inn this Saturday during a visit to friends in Les Contas... what a surprise, a very friendly welcome and above all good seasonal cuisine I highly recommend this warm atmosphere
