Auberge de Bionnassay sur Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains

23/05/2026: We had a wonderful evening. The servers were very friendly. We enjoyed a reblochon cheese dish with a lovely charcuterie platter. The waiter gave us excellent wine recommendations. We will gladly return to this excellent restaurant.

17/05/2026: While on vacation with my family, I tried this restaurant and had one of the best culinary experiences at very reasonable prices. Better than gourmet restaurants costing €100. The service was equally impressive; the staff are passionate about their work, showcase their expertise, are very efficient (the wait was very short), and are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.
