Hotel d'Angleterre sur Saint-Calais

Passing through the area, I had lunch at the restaurant of this hotel. The service and welcome were excellent. A starter and main course cost €15. For the starter, I had a very creamy and flavorful asparagus velouté, and for the main course, cod (from the daily specials board). It was truly delicious and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this establishment.

A bit pricey for an overnight stay considering the level of comfort and relative quiet of the city center, but a very good restaurant and a great team.

We stayed at this hotel twice. Each time we were very pleased with the friendly welcome and the quality of the service. A very fond memory.

The hotel was very well located, clean, spacious, and the room was pleasantly warm. I recommend it.
