Good restaurant, and friendly staff.

We went to the restaurant as a family (accustomed to good homemade cassoulet because we were Chauriens by birth) Everything we ordered, salads with foie gras, cassoulet, desserts of the day, was perfect!!! The waitress, the waiter, both very friendly! Very good value for money 👍 We will come back 💐

We only go there for the restaurant. It's been several times and each time we buy the cassoulet!! Excellent On the other hand, no parking and very few spaces in the adjacent streets. Difficult when you are disabled...

Restaurant, nice setting Interior, old exterior and not cool exterior view, On the other hand excellent meal, for my part I asked for a lamb shank with its mash and my partner enjoyed the prawn risotto except the chocolate mousse desert .

Our choice was guided by a gift box, for 2 nights. Day 1 3-star hotel, very warm welcome at the reception, the decoration of the common areas is successful, our room is correct, clean and quiet. A mini fridge and a mini coffee maker for drinks would be a plus. Restaurant, also a good welcome, the restaurant room is large and privacy is preserved. The menus (traditional cuisine) are present as well as the menu, the dishes are generous, the chef masters his dishes. A plus for “homemade” desserts and gourmet coffee. Day 2 Good night, the bed is comfortable, the room temperature is adjustable for better comfort. Breakfast in the room, sweet, savory, small pastries, cold meats, bread.... hot drinks, orange juice.

Coming from Corsica, I wanted to taste real cassoulet, something made in Castelnaudary! I found the cassoulet super good and served generously, the desserts are also very good, I recommend 😁

Good meal. Good digestion of cassoulet. We haven't visited any other addresses so it's difficult to say if it's the best in the area. Large purchase of canned goods. Opening a box 5 months later, we can say that the balance of beans/meat was plentiful. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you (I recommend)

We ate today at the restaurant of the Hôtel de France. Obviously we took the local specialty that had been highly recommended to us. It's a pure delight, the menu is very copious. The service is perfect. Thanks to the young woman who is a real ray of sunshine. Thanks to the chef for our taste buds.
