Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab? Originally from Castelnaudary and having tasted other cassoulets, the cassoulet from Maison Escudier is not bad but has nothing to do with a real cassoulet (tourist trap) very disappointed.

The best cassoulet in the world. Top-notch team, urgent delivery within 24 hours, unfortunately it broke during transport but they offered excellent customer service afterwards. Well done and thank you!

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
19/10/2025: The cassoulet is excellent. All the products are locally sourced. The Audeline ice creams and their varied flavors: violet, rose, fig, cherry... The manager is very kind and attentive to our every need. He cooks and serves, hence the limited menu. I recommend it.
