Perfect, we had been to the gourmet restaurant in October 2023 which we had excellent memories of. This weekend, we took our whole family to discover this sumptuous place during the Charolais beef festival. What a pleasure!

This restaurant is a real gem! From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. The team truly honors the region by enhancing local ingredients. The service is spot on, neither too much nor too little with little special touches for the occasion we were celebrating. Absolutely to do and redo!

We had dinner at the Bistrot du quai, as always excellent, and particularly this Friday evening, and exceptionally the Chef was in the kitchen and we appreciated his cooking and his visit to our table at the end of service. I highly recommend this address to all lovers of good food at a reasonable price.

We discovered the Charolais menu at the gourmet restaurant, exceptional dishes! Well done and thank you to the Chef!! Just a small downside, the waiting time between dishes. 100% recommend.

We didn't stay in the hotel but we ate at the bistro du quai and it was delicious. The value for money is very good. I recommend

Première table sur 10 tables à Pouilly en Auxois. Je trouve cette première place usurpée. Poitrine en sauce pas très agréable à manger, grande salade peu fournie (la moitié était de la salade verte). Nous y avons mangé il y a quelques années, c'était nettement meilleur. Déception !

Le Siecle

19/08/2024: Very good address for a small bistronomic meal. The chef really knows how to cook. It's beautiful and it's really excellent. Special mention to the “vitello tonato”!!! But other meats are not left out!
