A highly tasty evening... Charolais beef showcased in all its pieces, shapes and textures with finesse! Soft, subdued atmosphere, sublime dishes and the perfect service of a great house but relaxed as we like. And this brigade with impeccable uniforms at the end of their service! Thank you for this taste tour! It was flawless!
