A very nice establishment. Charming staff and excellent cuisine. One small drawback: no half-bottles or 50cl bottles, which is a shame, and no carafes either. On the menu, only one white wine, a Meursault, for 75 euros. Otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain about. Perfect. I highly recommend this bistro.

Thank you for this wonderful evening in Charolais country! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated everything, from the expertly prepared dishes that showcased the region's bounty to the attentive yet discreet service. Mr. Doucet's warm welcome and unpretentious manner, along with his attentiveness throughout the meal, made us feel like more than just customers! Well done, and keep up the good work!

We had a very pleasant stay at Maison Doucet. The spacious and comfortable rooms, the attentive staff, the excellent breakfast – everything was perfect. We also tried the bistro on the quayside, which was very good, and especially the excellent restaurant, now awarded two Michelin stars, which is richly deserved.

We enjoyed a surprise three-course meal. It was an exceptional experience, both visually and gastronomically. The staff is discreet and attentive, always ready to please. Chef Doucet is a charming man, approachable and passionate about sharing his culinary art.

Le Bistrot du Quai is a pleasant restaurant with a partial view into the kitchen. The chef comes to greet you. The service is impeccable. The dishes and wines we chose were very good. The 400g ribeye steak was succulent. I recommend this place to enjoy local Burgundy products.

07/09/2026: Classic cuisine. A minor drawback was the meat knives, which weren't very sharp, and the wine, which was good but not exceptional. The meat was cooked perfectly, but unfortunately the gratin dauphinois was a little dry. The chocolate fondant was very good 👍🏻

05/08/2026: We knew this lovely place from the time of the father, but today it was the son who welcomed us personally. Our first impression was a visit to the beautiful kitchen, followed by the understated yet truly delightful patio. We immediately felt the relaxation and tranquility, and of course, after all that, the superb meal with a surprise in between that I won't reveal. The staff was very attentive. It's so wonderful to have a gourmet establishment so close to home, serving up delicious, high-quality local products. Thank you all. Nathalie and jluc
