We was travelling through Europe on our motorbikes found this hotel by luck booked for one night ended up staying 3 nights absolutely beautiful hotel staff where amazing food was 10/10 a very rare find a must on anyone's bucket list best hotel in all the years travelling Europe will make it a regular every year well done 👏

The food is excellent at this very comfortable family-run hotel. The owners are very attentive to our needs, and the cuisine is refined with a very varied menu. I highly recommend it.

We just spent six nights there on a half-board basis and frankly, it was just perfect. The rooms were very decent, clean, and had a small upper level with two single beds and a bathroom upstairs—perfect for children—and downstairs a double bed and another bathroom. As for the restaurant, I've rarely eaten so well; it was absolutely delicious, we were never disappointed. The same goes for the incredible breakfast, and the service was equally impressive—the staff were super friendly and accommodating! There's a shuttle stop 15 meters from the hotel, and it's a 10-minute walk to the center! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Thank you to the team at La Fleur de Neige in Châtel 😊 Wonderful Valentine's weekend 🥰 Idyllic setting, perfect snowflakes ❄️❄️❄️🤩 THANK YOU nature ❄️🌲❄️🌿❄️ The spa was a truly relaxing experience, and the restaurant was a feast for the taste buds 😋 and the eyes 😍.... 06/08/2026: A magnificent place, a superb atmosphere, the food is very good and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant and a big thank you to its team for this wonderful ambiance.
14/07/2026: The salad was absolutely fantastic! The service was also very friendly. A few decent-sized parasols and it would be worth 6 stars.
