Hotel La Chaumiere sur Quillan

We went there for my birthday. We received a warm welcome. The restaurant's interior was magnificent, like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The meal was delicious and excellent. The value for money was unbeatable. I think you have to go to see for yourself. I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel, always a warm welcome! The owner is incredibly friendly and you always feel welcome. Motorcyclists are particularly well catered for, with a fantastic secure garage for parking motorcycles. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent hotel, especially in terms of value for money. It's the first French hotel I've stayed in where the standard rooms are spacious. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, and the service is very friendly. Parking is available in the building's basement. The town center is within walking distance.
