Very good. Very friendly. Charming landlady. Nice spot by the river with large terrace and water feature in the afternoon sun. They do decent food at lunchtime and excellent ice creams including alcoholic ones. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to enjoy a hot or cold drink. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, with stunning views of the Aude River. I highly recommend it.

This café – so vintage – and which could be so beautiful and inviting, is very well located, near the old bridge in Quillan. Nestled among the old stones. In the shade or in the sun. Near the river or not.

30/07/2026: A pleasant place to grab a bite. The prices are reasonable. The food is fairly simple but good. However, be aware that the quality of your meat isn't really top-notch, although it's generally tender. The waitresses are very friendly, and the service is good overall, no complaints. There's a large parking lot right across the street. However, be aware that the entrance isn't by the fountain but rather by the bar. The terrace is at the back. It's very shady, but given the clientele, I'd almost suggest making a reservation, even though we found a table. So yes, I still recommend this establishment.

05/05/2026: The staff were very pleasant and attentive, and the food was of excellent quality; I loved it. And the prices were really reasonable. I'll definitely be back!
16/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome; we were just passing through for one night 🌃 The hotel is right on the river (Aude), a beautiful and relaxing place. The owners are very welcoming. I highly recommend it 👍👍👍 We will definitely be back; we are loyal customers. We would appreciate it if you could provide the current prices, thank you.
