Hotel Radio sur Chamalieres

I had the chance to visit the capitals of this world...then return to the land of my ancestors...at "Radio" Well I was not disappointed. There are luxury channels, impersonal and ultimately all similar... and there are authentic "houses" like Radio. Here, the family runs this "art deco" residence like one of those marvelous old transatlantic ships or one of those renowned symphony orchestras: with tact and efficiency. In a world where benchmarks seem to jostle, what comfort to find a temple of “French-style” savoir vivre. The welcome is always gracious and personalized, the restaurant is absolutely marvelous from start to finish, the rooms are impeccably clean and soberly elegant. Caroline and her entire team will show you that the notion of "welcome" and "good living" are not empty words in Auvergne. Wonderful restaurant. Excellent quality food. Very attentive staff. Superb setting. The icing on the cake is a platter of sweets never seen anywhere else. Accustomed to Michelin-starred restaurants, this place deserves its 2nd star.

Great discovery. Very well received by the boss. We feasted. Invited to have coffee in the living room. We will come back.

Bonus: Nous avons eu plaisir à échanger avec Madame Mioche qui nous a séduite par son humour et son élégance . Nous reviendrons volontiers à notre prochain passage et nous vous recommandons cet établissement
