Hôtel Restaurant Château La Robéyère sur Embrun

During our stay, we noticed some areas for improvement. At the reception, the receptionist mentioned several times the small size of the reserved room. Given that the hotel was empty, a commercial gesture would have been great to compensate for this constraint and transform the experience into a positive return. In addition, during our stay, we had problems with the Internet connection, which was not working properly. The spa was under renovation, let's hope they will do what is necessary to make it up to customer expectations. Finally, the hotel seemed to be a little understaffed, which impacted the service. With some improvements this could become a very pleasant place.

Nice and cheerful hotel with clean and well-furnished rooms. Excellent cleaning. Decent restaurant and breakfast.

Superb location, very comfortable room, pleasant staff and the restaurant enhances our stay. In short, PERFECT.

A little disappointing for a 4 star hotel, The building and the location are great but the services are not up to par. The rooms are small and the one we had overlooks the "smoke break" courtyard, so you have to keep the curtains closed, not great. But the big disappointment is the spa, which is more than aging, lacking in equipment and services. Breakfast is good but could be improved

In all objectivity I would have given it 3.5/5 if possible: Top reception, 2 very nice, helpful and pleasant people, a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately no bathrobe or toothbrush and/or toothpaste and other cosmetics offered for the standard room (a bit of a shame for so little, honestly) Room quite small but still not too bad. Reception closed completely around midnight even though I understood that there would be someone there (I needed information for breakfast) Heated pool at 29° which was not 29° (felt confirmed with other customers) we were cold after 3 minutes Sauna broken (shame) Very nice Nordic bath, honestly, but unfortunately I'm not sure if it is cleaned regularly, there are very slimy areas, so either a concentration of algae or dirt, I think. It's a shame because it was what I preferred Breakfast at the top, very well stocked, that was nice though Conclusion: a good base, with very nice staff but could really do a lot better with not a lot of additional resources and time invested

Oasis of peace. In a very beautiful setting and close to Italy. The lake offers many possibilities for sports lovers. The hotel swimming pool is not large but very pleasant after the sauna. Massage done by competent girls. A true moment of relaxation

The spa is very good. Relaxation guaranteed

The view is quite spectacular, food and service consistent with the location
