I only rate the restaurant. Disappointed !? The big Basque dishes that fall into your shoes no longer exist! From now on, it is the small dishes (admittedly very good) on the big plates, which does not reflect the gastronomy of the ancients!

Discovered completely by chance several years ago, I now stop there systematically every time I am in the region. The entire staff is very welcoming and pleasant, the restaurant is immersed in an authentic setting and has excellent value for money but above all their Axoa is truly incredible.

Exquisite attention from all the staff and a hotel with a lot of character and very welcoming. Very complete breakfast, all of high quality. Having lunch or dinner at their restaurant is an excellent choice. Quality and price is a characteristic combination of the Euskadi hotel.

Lieu emblemathique , cadre super sympa , emplacement au centre d' Espelette , village typique basque. Le personnel , la cuisine , et la direction sont TRES TRES BIEN .
Un accueil toujours chaleureux depuis plusieurs années .

Zéro pour la salle, atrocement bruyante. Impossible de se parler à table ou même de passer commande. Le patron pas concerné lorsqu’on lui en parle. Comme souvent au pays basque le touriste est un bon gros pigeon à plumer.
Neuf sur dix pour la cuisine, traditionnelle mais inventive et raffinée.
Tarifs corrects, menu à 35€ très varié.
