My son was trekking and got lost. On his way back, he missed his train and ended up outside on the street! I called this hotel, which was full! I explained the situation, and this gentleman found a solution for him for the night! I thank you so much for this act of kindness! And for your quick response, because without it, he would have been outside in the winter temperatures! So, a thousand thanks to this gentleman! Sarah.

It was closed for vacation!!! (I wrote this because Google insisted I write about a place I hadn't been to. I didn't realize the hotel was open anyway, so I would have stayed for convenience.)

Mimault Family We're leaving today after a 3-night stay. We can't wait to find another date to return. The staff is excellent, welcoming, warm, and caring with their guests. Our rooms overlooking the stream were a haven of peace. I could have stayed for hours listening to the sound of the torrent. The rooms are cozy. Their restaurants have a young waitress who listens to the customer, not to mention Chef Philippe and our cook. We'll miss them, so thank you again to the owner for this welcome. See you soon.

11/12/2025: My friend and I were desperately looking for a bathroom and the nicest man at the front desk let us use the one in the restaurant. We were so grateful, A+ customer service.
30/10/2025: This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...
