The restaurant we stayed at on our vacation, the food was excellent and full of flavor! There were a few hiccups with the service, but the two complimentary beers made up for it, and the staff remained friendly. My only slight disappointment was the Rihanna rum and the coffee rum.

The food was very good, no complaints there.
However, the service needs improvement. There's no team cohesion whatsoever; at least four different servers came to check if we'd taken our order.
Tip: don't sit inside where you'll hear the cooks grumbling all evening and saying things like, "They're still taking in damn customers when we can't even provide decent service," knowing full well that you are the customers in question. In short, the team cohesion is seriously lacking.
Thanks nonetheless to the very friendly server who presented the menu with great enthusiasm, describing the origins of each dish.
