Very warm welcome, very good and very hearty food. Very friendly staff. Home cooking. Reasonable price. We 100% recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is definitely worth doing, the staff are very welcoming and available. Homemade and delicious meal! The quantities are very generous, I regret not having been able to taste the desserts because I had more space. But I will go back because it was delicious. Very good address! I recommend it to you with your eyes closed.

Perfectly local near the railway station. Very good rooms with a great view of the river. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. Loved the stay and highly recommended.

05/04/2024: A first for me in the region, at Ax and La Petite Fringale. The address is unmissable, a must-do. Colorful and positive musical atmosphere, a place that couldn't be more personalized and delicious and generous cuisine, really. I set my sights on the Ariégeoise tartiflette which is a little killer and a fabulous chocolate mousse even though I am not fond of desserts. Don’t hesitate, book and enjoy a friendly and gourmet moment. Thanks to the friendly and efficient waiter and the team behind the scenes who really deliver.

09/03/2024: Family restaurant where you are well received. The homemade fries are excellent, the mountain formulas keep their promises... Smiling waiter, pleasant despite the crowd and very complicit with the bar and the kitchen. It's smooth sailing, it's calm between them, there's no waiting, neither for us, nor for the others from what I observe! We hadn't booked a Saturday evening, they found a place for us without us feeling like an extra charge! I recommend ++++
