Well-located restaurant, very good value for money, succulent flank steak and delicious desserts. Only my dish was too salty (guinea fowl in crayfish sauce). Service OK, a good place to eat. (We don't know about the hotel)

We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very professional.
The hotel is very clean, and we appreciated the half-board option with its generous meals and breakfast, which were pleasantly served by both the owner and the waitress.

Among all the waiters, there was a dark-haired lady who came out of the kitchen to serve us and she was the one who treated us best. We had fondue, which was a bit oily, but very tasty. However, it was €22 per person and €3.50 for a shot of beer. In short, expensive, but the waitress was lovely.

My friend and I were desperately looking for a bathroom and the nicest man at the front desk let us use the one in the restaurant. We were so grateful, A+ customer service.

This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...

I stayed at the hotel from August 31 to September 21, 2025, as part of a spa treatment. I would like to thank Sébastien and his team for their kindness, their warm welcome, and their delicious cuisine. I highly recommend it! LIDIA
