Ibar sur Lille

We stayed at the hotel and were a little disappointed. The service didn't really live up to the standards of other hotels in the Barrière group. Breakfast was quite cheap and served in the casino restaurant. We wanted to get an opinion on the bar, but we waited a long time without seeing anyone and eventually gave up. The casino itself is nice, but the service is again subpar (the bar area is quite dirty, and there aren't enough staff).

Beautiful venue. Come for Amazing. Great show. Excellent performance by the singers, musicians, and dancers.

Overall, a very good casino; I've been going there from time to time for the past three years. The slot machines are very modern, and there's something for every budget, which is great. The upstairs roulette floor is also pleasant, and I really appreciate the blackjack tables—they're a real bonus. Even though I rarely win, to be honest, I always have a good time. The interior is pleasant, there's a good atmosphere, you feel comfortable, it's clean, etc. The only negative point concerns the reception from the security guards at the entrance, which is sometimes a bit cold. I understand that this job requires a certain vigilance and a degree of restraint. But you don't always feel truly welcome, and I don't know if this is a management directive. In any case, I think customers would appreciate a warmer welcome, without it detracting from the professionalism in any way.

We stayed there as part of the "Night Under the Stars" package and it was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and well soundproofed, and the complimentary chocolates were a lovely touch. Breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were incredibly friendly, whether at reception, the breakfast area, or the casino. At the end of the year, we booked the Amazing show with dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic! 👌🏻 From start to finish, the meal, the service, and the show... everything was excellent and delicious.

I've been to the casino several times; the atmosphere is great. It's an excellent way to spend a fun evening with friends or as a couple.

We came for lunch today and wanted to order fresh fries as indicated on the menu, but were surprised to see my plate arrive with McCain fries… for 5 euros… Disappointed
