The pastries are delicious, special mention for the croissant.
Price a little high but worth it. The salads and quiches are very good with fresh and healthy products.
Best crunchy layered croissant I’ve had in Montpellier! Adorable display of yummy goodness! Must try! Also, pretty sure the owner speaks a bajillion languages, which is super cool.
A customer for several years, I can only regret the departure of the chef Charlotte (or in any case the person who made the salads), the level has dropped, the seasonings so original which gave "that little extra something", I no longer find them, it has become much more classic, sometimes bland.
I who recommended this little restaurant to everyone, I no longer do so. I go there much less often. It's a shame because prices have continued to rise.
On the other hand, the pastries are still just as good (among the best in Montpellier).
My assessment is an average between a very good mark for the lemon cheesecake (very fine) and a disappointment about the pistachio-raspberry-almond-rose tartlet because it was from the day before (or even more because it was very altered during this period of heat). Pastries are expensive, it would be fair to warn customers in advance when they are not "of the day", and even to offer a discount as most pastry bakers do. In any case, it's a shame but I won't come back because I don't like betting on freshness (and especially losing the bet like today).
