Absolutely delicious! We were in a hurry and they took that into account. The flavors were sophisticated and well-balanced. Even the cocktail was delicious! I would go back in a heartbeat...

The welcome was warm, and we were tempted by the relatively short menu (and a well-chosen wine list). One small drawback, however: charging extra for those with smaller appetites who opt for a starter and dessert (without a main course) seemed inappropriate! The main course itself was good but unremarkable. The dessert, a tarte tatin with chestnut ice cream, was surprisingly delicious (and not overly sweet). To sum up our experience: we had a pleasant time in this enjoyable restaurant, but with the feeling that the food didn't quite live up to its stated ambition (and the prices – which explains our slightly lower Google rating compared to most reviews).

23/01/2026: Discovered somewhat by chance after a day in Aix-en-Provence, we were welcomed without a reservation. We had heard about this place, and what a pleasant surprise! We discovered a very good restaurant offering rustic, flavorful, and well-prepared dishes made with quality ingredients. A great place to remember in the heart of Aix. I highly recommend it!
18/01/2026: The waiter was available, professional, and offered good advice. The dishes were very tasty, the meat was of good quality, and the wine was exquisite.
