Excellent training center, with outstanding instructors, especially Chef Jeudy, Chef Holleville, and Chef Paris, who guided me through five years of culinary training. A huge thank you to the director, Ms. Dupont, for the opportunity she gave me and all her support. A beautiful establishment and a very nice training restaurant. I highly recommend it for training or simply for enjoying a meal and a pleasant experience!

A fantastic training center! Apprentices receive excellent support throughout their training, with a dedicated and attentive teaching team. The guidance is top-notch, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything is done to ensure the apprentices' success.

We went there for the open house for my son, who wants to become a waiter. We received a very warm welcome from a student who gave us a tour of the kitchens, classrooms, and other facilities. We also had the opportunity to chat with some of the other students. The apprentices all greeted us. Their professionalism is immediately apparent. The setting is magnificent, in a castle that has retained its charm. We highly recommend it!

I wanted to improve my culinary skills and therefore enrolled at INFA. I am delighted with my choice. There, I acquired: knowledge and respect for ingredients, culinary techniques, a sense of teamwork, food hygiene and safety standards, as well as strong organizational skills.

We had a wonderful time at this lunch, which had an "Auguste Escoffier" theme. Everything was excellent and beautifully presented (perhaps the dessert, delicious 😋, was a little too generous 😁). A big thank you to everyone!
