The frozen frog legs were a disappointment; they were so thin that when I mentioned it to the owner, she said she was aware of the problem because she'd already received this feedback. Why not remove them from the menu?

For Saturday's 50th wedding anniversary, I was a guest. The meal from start to finish was superb, and the homemade cocktails were a delight. Presentation, refinement, service, quality, quantity, wine, champagne, and staff were all top-notch. Rare find in this region. Highly recommended. Thank you, pleasantly surprised.

Yesterday I was a guest at a 50th wedding anniversary celebration and I can say that everything was perfect: a delicious and refined meal with attentive service. Pure bliss for this special occasion. Highly recommended. It's a place I've known for a long time, and I remember a memorable meal almost 50 years ago! The room was very different then. Today the decor is fantastic and very modern.

Lunch to celebrate a birthday on a quiet Tuesday. We opted for the tasting menu and it was an excellent surprise. Professional, attentive and not at all intrusive staff. I recommend it.

01/04/2026: We went there for the open house for my son, who wants to become a waiter. We received a very warm welcome from a student who gave us a tour of the kitchens, classrooms, and other facilities. We also had the opportunity to chat with some of the other students. The apprentices all greeted us. Their professionalism is immediately apparent. The setting is magnificent, in a castle that has retained its charm. We highly recommend it!
09/03/2026: I wanted to improve my culinary skills and therefore enrolled at INFA. I am delighted with my choice. There, I acquired: knowledge and respect for ingredients, culinary techniques, a sense of teamwork, food hygiene and safety standards, as well as strong organizational skills.
