Very friendly welcome. Beautiful bedroom and nice shower room. Comfortable bedding. Closed parking for our two motorcycles (Thank you!). Excellent quality/quantity/price ratio for breakfast.

The staff is friendly and the service is perfect. The hotel is located on the boulevard but the double glazing is efficient. At night traffic is reduced. I think that in Quillan, this is what you will find best.

But what a surprise this restaurant really is, a delight, quality cuisine with top flavors. It's been a long time since we had this quality. Well done to the team really, if we come back to the area we will without any hesitation come and taste your dishes. Thank you thank you.

We had dinner and stayed one night in this hotel... Very professional and very pleasant staff... Very good meal in the evening and excellent breakfast with local and unlimited products.. Very satisfied, we will come back if only for their excellent homemade cassoulet.... 😋Dominique & Thierry

01/04/2024: Wonderful place with customer service that goes beyond. They pay attention to every detail and make your stay an experience full of value. The food is exquisite with vegan and vegetarian options full of flavor. It is perfectly located in the center of all the magic. Surrounded by a lot of beauty, energy and connection.
