A lovely hotel in the center of Quillan. An excellent stopover for hikers. Reasonable prices, very good evening meals, and a generous breakfast. Ample free parking nearby. Group bookings welcome.

Hotel La Chaumiere

20/05/2026: We went there for my birthday. We received a warm welcome. The restaurant's interior was magnificent, like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The meal was delicious and excellent. The value for money was unbeatable. I think you have to go to see for yourself. I highly recommend it.
