A very pleasant restaurant, with equally pleasant and highly efficient service. The portions are generous and prepared with quality ingredients. Our long-bearded waiter was very kind and attentive to both us and his customers. In short, a must-visit if you're looking for a place to eat in Quillan!

Passing through Quillan and unfamiliar with the town, we stumbled upon this pizzeria with several friends. We were charmed by the warm welcome from the staff, the variety of menu options, and especially the delicious flavors. From appetizers to desserts, my friends and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this establishment.

17/06/2026: I have been lots of times but I went for dinner last week in a party of 7. We had a big table in a quieter part of the restaurant. The staff were lovely and even the chef came out to talk to us. Our meals were excellent and it all came out at the same time. No problems whatsoever. They kept the drinks flowing and we're very attentive. Highly recommended for everything, the quality of the food, the portions, the service, the atmosphere. Thank you very much for an excellent evening. Outstanding and great value for money.
01/03/2026: We stopped by chance on a Friday evening quite late, we were very warmly welcomed and had a very good meal. Excellent!
