Ideal for spending a good evening

The Irish Rock Café in the Old Town offers a welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by a charming ambience. The service was friendly, however it lacked a personal touch, which made the experience a bit detached. We opted for the Gascon menu and the Rock Café menu, both presented as three-course menus. Unfortunately, it turned out that the Gascon menu only included two courses. The dishes were well prepared, but lacked that something extra to really excite. The dessert, however, was a real pleasure and concluded the meal in a pleasant way. Overall, a solid experience, but with room for improvement.

We had the Gascon menu. It was quite good but very filling and really a lot of duck fat. As for dessert, we were not informed that there was no more prune ice cream. So we had a scoop of vanilla with lots of Chantilly and a good dose of Armagnac 😁 The service was friendly and fast.

Hearty burgers and tasty homemade fries. The staff is friendly and the place is pleasant.

Accueil sympathique et efficace, c'est rare en ce moment. Les serveurs sont présents, souriants et reactifs. Les plats sont copieux et savoureux, les tables en extérieur au frais sous la halle, que demander de plus ?

A great place to share, great servers and great hospitality, we've been coming here for 3 years and my family and I have never been there 🫶🏼
