We went as a family and it was a wonderful experience! The young ladies who served us were very pleasant and smiling, which was a real treat. We especially loved the cookies! So glad we discovered this place.

I'm only giving it three stars because my sweetheart and I came for a drink, which was excellent, by the way! But the service leaves much to be desired. The saleswoman didn't smile, which I didn't find very pleasant. The atmosphere wasn't what we expected when we arrived; I'd even say the saleswomen were rather grumpy. A little smile wouldn't cost anything.

As a regular customer of the Izee Espace Jaurès, I would like to thank the team, especially Damien and Sarah, for their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. The rest of the team always delivers, and despite the regular crowds, remains prompt, attentive, and friendly. It's always a real pleasure to take my lunch break there. I recommend downloading the app with the loyalty card, which is quite cost-effective. The dining room is always clean, comfortable, and pleasant. I recommend the brownie, which is truly delicious!
