Helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Excellent bread and pastries. Their sandwiches are great too! All at affordable prices. I highly recommend it.

I love Chaud, it's just a classic and it's right down the street from me. The maxi panetto steak with white sauce and homemade Gruyère is incredible. I highly recommend it; you'll cry over the sandwich, eat Chaud!!

I eat at J'aime Chaud, especially for the panetto sandwiches. They're always generous and well-sauced, with good (halal) meat. The service is excellent, quick, and efficient.

03/07/2026: We wanted to eat at this brasserie. The wait was very reasonable, and the selection was satisfactory. Since the one I had chosen was no longer available, I opted for another salad. When it arrived, I told the waiter, "Well, it's not going to be possible to eat this." The young man, very surprised, looked at me and asked, "You did order this salad, right?" "Yes, but I don't want what's in it!" (A huge fly...). He brought the plate back, but given how quickly it was done, I think he just removed the fly, but didn't change or remake the plate. So, I don't think I'll go back, nor recommend this brasserie... because I have serious doubts about the hygiene. One of my friends' dishes had undercooked ingredients...
29/05/2026: Excellent brasserie! Anne is a true professional, a rare find these days. She and her entire team are always incredibly attentive to their customers. The portions are generous and served very quickly. Highly recommended.

11/07/2026: I want to sincerely thank Mike and Ashley from the McDonald's in Vénissieux. They were incredibly kind and considerate. Their welcome, their smiles, and their professionalism truly make a difference and make me want to come back. It's rare to meet such thoughtful people. Thank you both for your good humor and your humanity. You are a real asset to this restaurant. I appreciate you with all my heart and wish you all the best. See you soon!
11/07/2026: Very good McDonald's, short wait times, good service, very good food, and good air conditioning for a comfortable meal during the summer. I recommend it.
