I want to sincerely thank Mike and Ashley from the McDonald's in Vénissieux. They were incredibly kind and considerate. Their welcome, their smiles, and their professionalism truly make a difference and make me want to come back. It's rare to meet such thoughtful people. A huge thank you to Mike and Ashley for their warm welcome! They were friendly, pleasant, and very professional despite the fast pace. It's a shame, the service was a bit slow but more importantly, the order wasn't correct: fries instead of potatoes, only one straw (for 4 people) and no choice offered for toys in the Happy Meal or for sauces.

Assya was very efficient tonight, really. It wasn't an easy job, there were a lot of people, but she managed it perfectly. However, Lisa was very unpleasant, not at all welcoming or smiling, and very haughty with the customers. It's a real shame.

Too often the soft drinks are really not good; the mixing and proportions need to be reviewed. This isn't the first time. I'm going elsewhere because of this problem; you've just lost a customer.

08/07/2026: Helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Excellent bread and pastries. Their sandwiches are great too! All at affordable prices. I highly recommend it.
10/05/2026: I love Chaud, it's just a classic and it's right down the street from me. The maxi panetto steak with white sauce and homemade Gruyère is incredible. I highly recommend it; you'll cry over the sandwich, eat Chaud!!

Brasserie de Parilly

03/07/2026: We wanted to eat at this brasserie. The wait was very reasonable, and the selection was satisfactory. Since the one I had chosen was no longer available, I opted for another salad. When it arrived, I told the waiter, "Well, it's not going to be possible to eat this." The young man, very surprised, looked at me and asked, "You did order this salad, right?" "Yes, but I don't want what's in it!" (A huge fly...). He brought the plate back, but given how quickly it was done, I think he just removed the fly, but didn't change or remake the plate. So, I don't think I'll go back, nor recommend this brasserie... because I have serious doubts about the hygiene. One of my friends' dishes had undercooked ingredients...
29/05/2026: Excellent brasserie! Anne is a true professional, a rare find these days. She and her entire team are always incredibly attentive to their customers. The portions are generous and served very quickly. Highly recommended.
