I love Jeff de Bruges chocolates and have been a loyal customer for a long time. However, I left today disappointed. I made several purchases in the shop, and the employee put everything in a paper bag without handles 😵‍💫. So I politely asked for a small bag with handles, as usual, since it would be much more practical for continuing my stroll through the shopping mall and for the journey home. This bag was refused because apparently it's reserved for gift boxes! It's getting worse and worse! I don't blame the employee; she probably just had to follow orders. Frankly, this nonsense is getting tiresome...
