Exceptional, it's truly a feast for the senses. From start to finish, the different flavors blend perfectly; you can taste every single ingredient, and the presentation is magnificent. The servers are attentive, young, and energetic, all at a reasonable price for this quality. Go without hesitation!

A perfect place. The welcome is always perfect, the young apprentices do their job very well (keep it up!), are trained by true professionals, so the service is top-notch. And what can I say about the menu... Every time it changes, we want to come back to try everything. The portions might seem a little small at first glance, but if you order a starter/main/dessert, you'll be rolling on the cobblestones when you leave! You'll get your money's worth!
The 12-hour confit Basque pork belly was simply... Divine. DIVINE, damn it!
My partner and I come once a year, and I'll try to increase that frequency.
