After running into problems with our accommodation nearby, the luck of the irish was upon us to find such a warm welcome.
The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly, particularly the owner Aidan.
He even accommodated us by putting on the tennis for Wimbledon.
We were thrilled we were able to relax, enjoy some drinks, and genuinely felt at home.
Great atmosphere, excellent service, and exactly the kind of hospitality you hope to find in a authentically Irish pub. Highly recommend!

The setting is really lovely, tastefully decorated. The waiter who served us was friendly and the meal was perfect, both the burgers and the fish and chips.

Discovered by chance at lunchtime today. The daily special was a salad of chicken, cucumber, feta, and tomatoes. Delicious and inexpensive. Excellent beer. Worth a visit in the evening; I imagine the atmosphere is nice.

Love this place! Ireland in the heart of Lyon in a cool little neighborhood near the river and an awesome walking bridge. Had a few pints of Guinness and a few jamo on the rocks (aka Irish handcuffs), felt like I was back in NY for a second. Food was fantastic, had fish and chips (when in Rome) but the burgers and other food looked great. Our server was a very nice British chap, can't remember his name, but he was fast and friendly. The owner, Aidan, came up and sang some tunes and me and my friend sat in and played with him for a set. So much fun, will return.

We found this place late at night on our first day in Lyon, and ordered a tapas platter which was very sufficient and filling. Despite being fried, the food was delicious. It's also right next to Saint George's Church, and the atmosphere was lovely. A great place to visit late at night.

I love this pub on Rue St. Georges. Great beer, great staff, great food—even the customers are fantastic. What more could you ask for? Stop by on a beautiful sunny day (or even in the evening) – it's worth it!

I stopped by for a coffee.
The owner is very friendly; it feels like being in an English pub. The service was very quick, the coffee was good with sugar cubes (for those feeling nostalgic), and the decor was very pleasant. Seems like a good place to watch matches.
